- DoxieLover7Samuel was my service representative and is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to ensure my car is serviced when there are issues before I leave or I reschedule if I cannot stay to have my car serviced to wait. I appreciate this dealer but I only wish they had food or a salon or something on site because it's so boring waiting there....a nice coffee bar (no not a keurig machine) would satisfy me because I've waited hours and they've told me I can go to the mall but I hate shopping....other dealers have installed salons or food on site so why not Nissan????? That's my ONLY gripe and I'm only giving 5 stars for Sam not the dealership....otherwise I'd give it a 4 for boredom and the crappy music and atmosphere inside. Overall the staff is very nice but the place is boooooooring. 🥴😴 so bring a book if you gotta wait or something else to do like me I crochet!

"This place is a joke. I been in the dealership industry..."

I been in the dealership industry for 7 years and I have been sick sent my husband down for a warranty replacement battery that I purchased remember I work at a dealership and have amazing history of keeping up with my car. I know what it takes to keep your car in tip top shape and to get the most for your money but this place for a SERVICE MANAGER THAT GETS PAID OVER 10k a month and won’t help a customer is ridiculous . I also went their to see what my customers experience was and I now understand why they come to me so upset because they feel like they have no where to go because they done know how dealerships worked. We made this super easy for them since I have worked in service and sales and so has my husband. This experience was beyond dreadful and I refuse to let my customers feel like they are getting screwed because that’s what this dealership does they are all about money. When I worked in sales and they beat my price the customer came back to me and said can you explain this contract I looked and explained to them what finance made them feel like they had to buy. I will never recommend this dealership and I will always express my disappointment for people that are treated unfair. For a service manager that can’t even come tell me he won’t help and sent a minion that shows you that he’s trying to screw customers over. Can’t even talk to me about it cause u don’t even know anything. The incompetence at this dealership is beyond what I ever experienced. He gets paid over 10k a month and is terrified to speak with customers that shows you they don’t know what they are doing and that service manager doesn’t deserve the job if he can’t even speak with customers. My dealership would have had me in and out but because I am so sick my husband took it to the closest dealership which is Larry h Miller and everytime I go to these places all they wanna do is play mind games. Most the time they can’t move their cars off the lot fast enough discounting them then ticking the money back on in finance burring you in a loan. Know your worth and know this isn’t the place to go being in the industry I have heard horror stories and I just experienced it. This is a sad run company praying on the weak. Watch out and don’t come here it will be a waste of your time or coming outta pocket when you shouldn’t have to.
