Andy patiently explained us the controls on the car and made us very comfortable about the operation and all the new safety features on the newer cars. Brian made the paperwork simple and thorough. Gave us time to think before signing each piece of paper. The above experience made owning and driving off a new and a little complex car very enjoyable. More

A1 Service call I brought my car in for a regular service call, which was of course handled efficiently and timely. That is nice and somewhat expected, but the way I I brought my car in for a regular service call, which was of course handled efficiently and timely. That is nice and somewhat expected, but the way I was treated was so much better than expected! I have been an Acura of Brookfield customer for 23 years now and I always appreciate how nice everyone is, and so accommodating, but on my last visit I felt like a rock star, or something! Gary Krier recognized me right away and instructed Adam to take very good care of me then John Vasos went out of his way to locate me in the waiting room and catch up. We had so much fun talking the time flew by and I almost didn't want to leave! I LOVE the people and service at Acura of Brookfield!! Rich Bravata just sold my daughter a car last month, and she loves it, too!! More
