Our family has been purchasing cars from Rich for the last 20 years and he feels like one of the family at this point. I needed to replace my really old Acura, which I loved, and I wasn’t looking forward to car shopping. Rich was a great listener and asked the right questions to help me choose a model that I could get excited about. I had an excellent test drive in the ILX and decided that the 2018 ILX Premium Package was for me, which we both felt was a good fit based on my driving habits. He made sure I was fully knowledgeable of my vehicle before driving off the lot and offered additional tips for operating my new car more efficiently. Rich was patient, friendly, respectful, and he responded to my calls/emails quickly. There was never any pressure to buy. He gets to know his customers and has a great memory!
