Great experience to deal with Rich Bravata It was our pleasure working with Rich. He knew the vehicles very well. Took his time to understand our needs and gave us all the information about leasing, insurance and financing. He did not push us to make our decision and there was no pressure. He gave us all the information about the service department. Andy patiently explained us the controls on the car and made us very comfortable about the operation and all the new safety features on the newer cars. Brian made the paperwork simple and thorough. Gave us time to think before signing each piece of paper. The above experience made owning and driving off a new and a little complex car very enjoyable. More

Outstanding dealership! One of the most unique dealerships in the state. I've owned Acura cars since 1991 and have been dealing with Acura of Brookfield the entire time. Gary & Ron in service have been there since the beginning and are still there. There are multiple employees with over 20 years of service at that location. Unheard of in the industry. Worked with Rich Bravata for the 2nd time in purchasing a used Acura this week. Super professional with no BS. A joy to work with this entire organization. More

A1 Service call I brought my car in for a regular service call, which was of course handled efficiently and timely. That is nice and somewhat expected, but the way I I brought my car in for a regular service call, which was of course handled efficiently and timely. That is nice and somewhat expected, but the way I was treated was so much better than expected! I have been an Acura of Brookfield customer for 23 years now and I always appreciate how nice everyone is, and so accommodating, but on my last visit I felt like a rock star, or something! Gary Krier recognized me right away and instructed Adam to take very good care of me then John Vasos went out of his way to locate me in the waiting room and catch up. We had so much fun talking the time flew by and I almost didn't want to leave! I LOVE the people and service at Acura of Brookfield!! Rich Bravata just sold my daughter a car last month, and she loves it, too!! More
