Rich Curto has been in the automobile industry for approximately 37 years. He worked with the Ford Motor Company from 1972 through 1982. He then joined Fullerton Ford for the next 13 years. Rich then worked for Montclair Volvo for 13 more years. He has been with Prestige Volvo since October of 2008.

We had been researching cars for a few weeks prior to walking into Prestige. Our lease was up and this time we wanted to buy. Initially, we wanted an SUV. I told my husband that I would forgo the 3rd row walking into Prestige. Our lease was up and this time we wanted to buy. Initially, we wanted an SUV. I told my husband that I would forgo the 3rd row of seats and look at a Volvo wagon. I knew Volvos, as I had one for my first car and many people in my family have or had Volvos. We walked into Prestige, and were met by Rich. He was extremely professional, courteous and took the time to answer all our questions. I never thought we could financially be in a Volvo, but Rich worked with us. After test driving the XC70, we fell in love! We walked out 2 hours later owners of a new car. When we returned later that evening, Rich took the time to explain the car thoroughly. I love my Volvo and I have already referred my friend! More

Overall, I have had worse experiences with purchasing a new car at other dealers. Prestige do try and do the right thing to keep their clients happy. We were slightly disappointed on the value offered fo new car at other dealers. Prestige do try and do the right thing to keep their clients happy. We were slightly disappointed on the value offered for our trade-in, based on prior research, but we all agreed in the end. The folks at Prestige continue to treat us well, even after the sale has been completed. More

This is our 4th leased Volvo from Prestige and the quality has been consistently good since the first time we visited. We were recommended to this dealership by a friend, and even though it was out of the way for us we dropped in. Rich Curto greeted us and patiently answered all of our questions regarding the Volvo (we ha even though it was out of the way for us we dropped in. Rich Curto greeted us and patiently answered all of our questions regarding the Volvo (we had never owned one before). On the test drive, he pointed out the key features of the car, and offered us his frank opinion of the features and there worth. He never pushed us on anything. Frank actually lead us, by questions and demonstrations, to determine the features we wanted. What a great experience, letting us decide instead of selling what he wanted! Everything was prepared and the car delivered as promised, without hassle or bother. More

This is a first for me. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership, but my salesperson as well. Rich Curto was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed at any time, nor did we feel any pressure. Even though this is a "highway" dealership, there wasn't a "highway vibe" to it. Also, the Finance Manager was professional as well, and again, this is a first, there was no pressure in his office either. My needs were considered rather than which car or program was being "pushed" at the time. My mother is on her second Volvo, and may switch to Prestige Volvo for service, despite the fact that the dealership is forty minutes away from her home. That's how impressed we all were with Rich and the other Prestige employees. More

This is the fourth Volvo I've either leased or purchased, first from Montclair Volvo and when Richard Curto moved to Prestige, I moved with him. I would not think of working with anyone else. I know the Vo first from Montclair Volvo and when Richard Curto moved to Prestige, I moved with him. I would not think of working with anyone else. I know the Volvo car and would not drive anything else. My visit to Prestige exceeded my expectations. The entire staff could not have been nicer or more available to me. Richard patiently explained every aspect of the XC 60 that I leased and I'm enjoying my new car and could not be more pleased. I highly recommend not only Rich Curto as a salesperson, but I also recommend the whole Prestige organization. I'm looking forward to my first service call just because of the wonderful treatment I always receive. More

We went in for a used Volvo we saw online. Car is great. But what really impressed me is the following. Professionalism: everybody treated us with respect, they were professional, friendly, courtious, and helpful. The atmosphere and tone: It was calm with no craziness. Everyone we dealt with was a seasoned pro. No wet behind the ears, over aggressive young sales reps. What makes it even more impressive is that this was a used car for just a few thousand dollars, and we were treated as if we were buying a brand new car for tens of thousands. I haven't had the car serviced yet so I can't comment on the "automotive service". But "customer service" was great. Imagine how you will be treated when you buy a new car. We dealt with the receptionist, 3 sales reps, one mechanic who moved the plates from the trade in car to the one we bought. The names I remember are Rich Curto, Mark, Joel, and Pat. I thought this type of service and professionalism had disapeared decades ago. Glad to see they are keeping the art of professional, courtious salesmanship and service alive at Prestige Volvo. More
