There was no pushing and no badgering and we had great conversations through out the whole approval process that helped us feel more comfortable like we were with friends and not sales people. She had served me well, but it was time to for her to retire. I had heard a lot about leasing, but wasn't sure it was for me. Rich took the time to explain the differences and asked questions about my driving plans to be sure I understood what the lease encompassed. Rich was there throughout the process and I now have a Honda CRV and after driving with a standard transmission for several years (I will leave it at that !), I am adjusting to an automatic.
