I don't like ever look forward to the experience of having to get a new car since I have had bad experiences in the past..specifically sales people who look past me because I am a woman and only talk to my husband...really? I had none of this working with Rich who clearly understood whose car it was going to be. He was also very patient and friendly and followed through on promised phone calls and the walk-through with me on the particulars of the car before I drove it off the lot. I also never felt pressured at any time into making any decisions. We also had pleasant dealings with the finance people at Curry although I would suggest having customers have to wait less time in having to talk to them and signing off on paperwork but the gentlemen were easy to talk with. Overall..a great experience all around and I have already mentioned to a few friends who will be looking for cars to give Rich Ethier a call. And by the way..the 2014 Honda Civic rocks! I recently visited Curry Honda to test drive a Honda Pilot. I was immediately greeted by Rich Ethier. Right away I knew that if I were to buy a car from Curry, I wanted Rich to be the person to help m Pilot. I was immediately greeted by Rich Ethier. Right away I knew that if I were to buy a car from Curry, I wanted Rich to be the person to help me. Rich was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. I described what I wanted and he brought me over and thoroughly showed me the car I wanted. One thing that I liked about Rich was that he was never too pushy to sell the car. He listened and answered all my questions. We test drove the car and bought it. I ended up having to contact Rich later to discuss the interest rate. He always tried to do his best to please me. When I picked up the car, Rich spend a considerable amount of time showing me all aspects of the car. He listened and answered all of my questions. Overall, Rich was amazing, and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new car. My mother-in-law is in need of a new car, and I am sending her to Rich!! More
