Came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Rich was on board immediately; didn't try to sell us anything else, just worked to get us in what we wanted. Car dealerships often have a stigma attached to them and c immediately; didn't try to sell us anything else, just worked to get us in what we wanted. Car dealerships often have a stigma attached to them and car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do, but Rich and Chris both made it painless and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely buy a car from Curry Honda again. More

I had the pleasant experience of visiting Curry Honda yesterday with the intention of "looking" at a CRV as oneof my possibilities for a new car. A few hours later I drove away in my new car,totally sati yesterday with the intention of "looking" at a CRV as oneof my possibilities for a new car. A few hours later I drove away in my new car,totally satisfied with my decision. My salesman Richard Ethier competently led me through the process of purchasing a new car, negotiating a reasonable price & left me feeling that he truly cares about the customer. I have had experiences in the past with salesmen where I felt that their only interest was bringing in other personnel to "close the deal". I did not feel the slightest pressure but only a real interest in getting me the most car for my money. I've dealt with Curry Honda in the past & am pleased that their dealership still employs personnel that have the customer's interests at heart. Thank you Richard for making what can be a frustrating experience , a most satisfying one. I will highly recommend you to my friends who may be interested in a car purchase. More

We had been to 2 other area Honda dealers prior to coming back to Curry where we previously purchased a CRV in 2008. We were happy with Curry then and we found that Curry was still as friendly and pr coming back to Curry where we previously purchased a CRV in 2008. All of our questions about models, features, warranty and price, were answered patiently by Richard and we appreciated his attention to detail without pressure. After a solid 10 years and 200,000 miles with a Toyota, I did some web research about buying a new car, which revealed two things: a Honda was now a better choice for me (it got better safety ratings and had did some web research about buying a new car, which revealed two things: a Honda was now a better choice for me (it got better safety ratings and had more style), and Curry Honda had the best dealership ratings in the area. I'd also heard good things about Curry from recent customers. So that's where I went. Rich took care of me immediately and had a unique and refreshing manner: he was both laid-back and energetic at the same time. He was professional and helpful, never pushy. I knew what I was looking for when I walked in the door, and Rich made it clear he wanted me to be happy with my car choice and happy with the deal. And I was. Buying a new car can be nerve-racking, even when you do your research, but Rich was straightforward and made the whole thing easy. He -- and every Curry staff member I met that day -- treated me with respect and made me feel like they appreciated and wanted my business. Rich even helped me into the modern world by showing me how to sync up my ancient flip phone with the new car via Bluetooth. All this, plus free popcorn in the waiting room! No wonder Curry is getting such great reviews -- so here's another to add to their growing stack. Thank you Rich! More

We walked into Curry Honda not expecting to buy a car. We walked out with a great van and a great deal. I have to say this was the most positive dealership experience I have ever had. We were initially looking for a used car, but decided to look into the BJ's program. Even though the program had something to offer, purchasing a new car was not something I thought we could afford. Rich look into the BJ's program. Even though the program had something to offer, purchasing a new car was not something I thought we could afford. Rich suggested we look at leasing, since this would decrease the monthly payments. As it turned out the lease option fit our budget, and it seemed to be the best one offered by area Honda dealers, so we went with it and are enjoying driving a brand new vehicle. Rich and Chris (business manager) offered much knowledge about the Civic we leased, and the leasing program. We didn't feel pushed or coerced in any way making it a pleasant experience. More

Curry Honda was recommended to me by a friend and my initial contact was with Howard Sackaroff, the General Manager of Curry. Howard was very informative regarding the availability of Honda Pilots at this point in the year with the features I was looking for in this car. Howard then put me touch with Rich Ethier. On the test drive, Rich gave me an excellent overview of the Pilot's features and answered my questions about the airbags and navigation system. I had concerns as to whether the Pilot would fit in the garage of my 1948 home, but Rich drove it in for me just to let me know what to look out for when entering the garage. He then explained that I should rely on the rear camera views to exit the garage rather than my instinct which would have likely caused a mishap. It was easy to get in touch with Rich via text with questions regarding the insurance, registration and inspection details and he got back to me very promptly with answers. The day I picked up the Pilot, Rich took the time to go through linking my cell phone to the car, the radio's features and additional details about the navigation system. Overall, the purchase of the Pilot from test drive to purchase to pick up was seamless. I would recommend Curry Honda. More

Buying a car is an intense experience and our visit to Curry was to "look" at a Honda CR-V and not necessarily buy one. This was the first non American company we had ever considered. Rich made it very comfortable and easy for us to "acquaint" ourselves with the car we ultimately purchased. To say he is an exemplary employee and sales man would not be far fetched. He was genuinely interested in what we were asking him, making suggestions and finding a car for us to try. The whole Curry Honda experience certainly hinged on whether Rich could make my husband, a skeptical buyer, comfortable enough for him to trust what was being said to him. Rich certainly accomplished that. My husband and I agree that the only negative to the whole experience was the long wait between acceptance of the purchase price and the paperwork completed as well as the "machinations" of getting to the "bottom line" figure. This is by no means a reflection on Rich, our sales person. The business manager, Chris Brunner, with whom we worked for the final paperwork, was also very pleasant and helpful. We would have no problem referring anyone to Curry and would definitely tell them to ask for Rich as this would add something to their "buying experience". More
