Buying a new car is a hard task for some people. The welcoming on the lot really showed I came to the right place. Rich greeted me right away and was there till the end. We talked about several options (leasing or buying) and also several models (LX or EX). When I test drove the LX model that was in stock, I couldn't believe the performance of the vehicle. However, I decided to get the EX model which Curry Honda was able to get for me the next day. I had never leased a car before and I feel that Kathy in the business office was able to ease my transition into making the right decision. And I feel that the Limited Lifetime Warrantee that I was receiving in my Honda may have also influenced my decision. My husband and I went to Curry Honda on the 4th of July despite the heat and humidity to check out the color of a car we were interested in seeing. We have a Honda dealer in Northampton, but it is much sma despite the heat and humidity to check out the color of a car we were interested in seeing. We have a Honda dealer in Northampton, but it is much smaller than the Chicopee dealer and it only offered a few colors. Rich came out to us in the hot parking lot and asked if we needed any help. We did not intend on speaking with a salesperson at all since we had already tried the Accord in Northampton and knew we liked it. Since Rich came out, we ended up trying out the car that was in the color we wanted. While there, we also decided (or I decided) to try the Civic and were pleasantly surprised with the size and ride of that car as well. Rich's non-pressured presence was exactly what helped sell the car! He answered all our questions and was willing to accommodate all our requests not once using his answers to pressure us into buying. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. More

It can be fustrating when your searching for the right car. I would have to say at Curry Honda the right car was right there waiting for me.
