Our Salesman, Rich Glovier, was polite, conscientious, and upfront throughout our search for a new CRV-EX-L. He (and Harrisonburg Honda) were competing against many of the local Honda big Boys i.e. Pohan and upfront throughout our search for a new CRV-EX-L. He (and Harrisonburg Honda) were competing against many of the local Honda big Boys i.e. Pohanks, Browns, Koons, and Honda of Dulles. All the other Dealers tried to play the Very Annoying Car Dealership games. Rich was different and his patience paid off. Kinda like he won The Royal Rumble even though others offered better prices, better rates, and were much closer to us! We were VERY please with the whole process with Harrisonburg Honda! More

Excellent experience purchasing a new Honda from Rich Glovier. Good communication by e-mail in advance of test drive, purchase price quoted was best of three different Honda dealers. Good coordination of trade in and purchase before I came in, and he made arrangements to transfer the color I wanted from another dealer before my visit, which another dealer was not willing to do. He spent time explaining how the electronics work, and helped me set up Blue Tooth for my phones. Yev P. was not pushy when it came time for the business transaction, which was nice. Would definitely recommend this dealer to others. More

Rich was great in finding me a new vehicle. He was very friendly and professional. Rich is very knowledgeable about vehicles, and if he happens not to know the answer to a question, he will find out the an friendly and professional. Very easy to communicate with and very willing to cooperate on the price. He went over close to every feature about the vehicle I was looking at, so it really helped me understand the strengths about the car. Rich is very nice guy, and I would highly recommend him for people searching for a new car! More

I dealt with Rich Glovier on a recent purchase of a 2012 Honda Civic. Rich was very prompt and courteous to my inquiries thru phone and emails. He was very accomodating to my schedule. Rich Glovier is a salesperson very comfortable with Internet buying. No pressure, very good price, quick response to questions. Trustworthy. No complaints. Yev Primbetov is the finance manager and his Internet buying. No pressure, very good price, quick response to questions. Trustworthy. No complaints. Yev Primbetov is the finance manager and his role is to get you to buy the profit-heavy extra coverages. I don't make any big financial decisions under pressure and if I'm not able to do research. With Yev you are quickly shown many options, he crosses out things printed out, doesn't take one decision at a time, and is relentless. All that is what he is paid to do. I get it. When I declined all the (expensive) add-ons the room became chilly. Yev lost his smile and clearly was angry, he took away all the printouts with options and costs, then he moved very quickly to get me out of his office. His unprofessionalism made me very glad I didn't buy anything. If I had been given the choices in advance, or if I had 3 or so days to decide - with everything clearly shown in writing - I probably would have purchased the extra warranty and maintenance. Harrisonburg Honda is the best in customer service. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them & I was treated great both times! I would highly recommend this dealership!
