I have been a Nissan owner for over 30 years, This was my first time at the Pine Belt dealership and I'm sure it won't be my last. They have an outstanding group of sales and finance representatives. The price was right and the folks, top notch! Walter Jacobsen went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We arrived at 12PM and were home at 4PM, with our brand new 2014 SL AWD Rogue. I can't say enough about the sales and financing staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They listened to what I said. They found the vehicle I was looking for. No pressure to buy. Staff did not try to pressure the sale or try to sell me something they wanted. All this said concerning the sales and finance staff I am highly disappointed in the staff responsible for the cleaning and prep of the new vehicle. There was dirt and smudges on the windows and mirrors. Also a 4 finger greasy hand print on the back seat. It is a shame that the prep staff partly ruined the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am ready to retire so I have had any buying experiences in my life. More

Our Salesman Al Caggiano was very friendly, listened to our needs, passed along the sales incentives in a very informative, concise way to explain our better options in order to get the car that we wanted our needs, passed along the sales incentives in a very informative, concise way to explain our better options in order to get the car that we wanted. Al was very patient and knowledgeable in showing me the different choices in colors, interiors and extras. Anthony Szaraz made the financial process very easy and the amount of paperwork needed to sign was clearly explained and very easy to understand. Very friendly and personable.
