The best BIO is a customer's compliment: I had an excellent experience working with Rich Kemp at Eastern in Laurel. From the moment I walked in, Rich made me feel comfortable and confident. I had already done some research online and knew which car I was interested in, but Rich took the time to walk me through all the details, ensuring I was fully informed about the model. His knowledge was extensive, and his no-pressure approach made the entire experience enjoyable. Rich was attentive and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt at ease every step of the way. Thanks to him, I was able to drive away in the exact car I had my eye on.
