My parents are in their 80's. They have purchased 3 cars from Kia in Crystal River. They get mail to come in and change the car's oil every 30 days. When they go there for the oil They have purchased 3 cars from Kia in Crystal River. They get mail to come in and change the car's oil every 30 days. When they go there for the oil change they try to sell them a new car. That is why they are on their 3rd car with massive interest due. Today 2/14/25 they found a crack in the passenger window. I searched the internet and found that this is a common problem with the windows. They went to Kia to get the window repaired and Kia would not honor their product. Kia would not replace the defective window. I think President Trump should review what the company KIA and what it does to the older population. It's not right and I would NEVER purchase from this dealer. More

Heads and sholders above Conner. If you roll up to any Jenkins location and meet Conner, RUN. Picked up car after 2 trip to Kia and recieved car with repairs that were broken. Thats right, it was repaired and returned with borken repairs. Litterly pastic broken that they replaced NEW and OEM parts. The Service department at Kia had to repair the mechanical because the autobody shop could not catch a leaking radiator like with a crack you can't miss unless your blind. The collision center doesn't even list their employees online like other locations, are they ashamed? I forgot to mention it took them nearly six (6) complete months and towed in 2 time to get it working but not fully repaired. FYI not fully repaired but fully paid by insurance and out of pocket. More

I love coming to Jenkins Kia Crystal River. I have bought my 2021 Kia Sorento I have had all my maintenance done there and I love it. Their sales department is always on point. The maintenance service is always good. I never have any complaints about it. Every time I come, I usually see Dave Bushnell. He is so kind and considerate and always cheerful. I would not go anywhere else. So I suggest you go there if you need your car serviced and even to buy a car they will do their best to help you. I would like to also thank all of this servicemen who have worked on my vehicle with high quality service. Thank you for washing my car. Where else can you go and get that service.
