Parker was the least knowledgeable person, and on top of that, committed fraud with the finance company by providing references on my behalf that were completely made up. All he had to do was ask for them, that, committed fraud with the finance company by providing references on my behalf that were completely made up. All he had to do was ask for them, but he would rather take other personal calls instead. Also, told us that the car we were getting was an AWD and it wasn't. While the GM Dave seems like a nice guy, keeping someone employed that has committed fraud leaves a huge blemish on their reputation. I know that car sales people generally aren't trustworthy, but this takes the cake since we brought the car back due to the fraud committed by Parker Maddox. More
