Great salesman, horrible finance manager We went into this dealership to look at a truck after a horrible experience at another dealership. Our salesman Tom Verheeck was excellent! No nonsens We went into this dealership to look at a truck after a horrible experience at another dealership. Our salesman Tom Verheeck was excellent! No nonsense, friendly, explained ANYTHING we had a question about. The sales manager was even great although I didn’t catch his name. We decided to purchase the truck and went into the finance office and the whole experience went downhill. Any question I asked was answered with “because it is” I asked to see certain documents and he said no and then accused me of not being trustworthy and began rushing us. “If you don’t want to do this I have lots of other people waiting I don’t have time for this” Are you kidding me?! This is your job! I really wish we dealt with another finance manager. There was one other person there that had to speak with him so we left the office to discuss things and let him handle the next customer and even when we came back he just rushed everything, didn’t answer any questions with legitimate answers. I would recommend this dealership, especially Tom Verheeck, but stay FAR, FAR away from Rich Mongiardo. More
