Tries to scam you out of money I have a Rogue that has less than 50k miles. While on a long road trip I had several issues with transmission noise and car slowing down on the highwa I have a Rogue that has less than 50k miles. While on a long road trip I had several issues with transmission noise and car slowing down on the highway due to some issue. Took the car in to the dealership when I got back. They said I need to change my transfer case and wanted $3200 for it. I went online and checked and there's actually a TSB issued by Nissan and NHTSA for the same exact issue that I'm having and there's no mention of replacing the transfer case. There's a issue with transmission heating so they need to install a transmission cooling unit. They did not even bother to check on any of that. Charged me $140 for the fake diagnosis. More

Awful experience with Patrick xxxxx xxx I was greeted and provided expectations to receive my car by 12 noon on a Saturday for a xxxx oil change i accepted 1230 still no call i text the numb I was greeted and provided expectations to receive my car by 12 noon on a Saturday for a xxxx oil change i accepted 1230 still no call i text the number provided no reply i go up there my car still not ready by i had to another 10 to Patrick finally give me my paperwork i pay get my keys and my car still dirty after i was promised a car wash all i have been coming here for years and always receive great service and assistance when telling Patrick my car wasn’t washed he shrugged his shoulders like he ain’t give a xxxx get Nicole back at least she cared about the customer experience More
