Both before and after my purchase he educated me about this vehicle and gave me an exhaustive tutorial on its operation and the operation of all of its accessories. He called me when it first arrived on the lot, I came in that day for a tour and test drive. Yesterday, I came in for the second time and within a few hours owned my new Wrangler in my garage. He helped me getting my vehicle home and has followed up in less than 24 hours to determine how I am enjoying my Jeep and to provide an update on some accessories I ordered to "jazz it up". I will buy from him again and whole heartedly recommend him to my friends and associates. More

Poor customer service. Bad salesman. Reed didnt tell me anything about the car whatsoever. Tried to pull schemes after my test drive with some random employee (clearly not a salesman) saying “Somebody else anything about the car whatsoever. Tried to pull schemes after my test drive with some random employee (clearly not a salesman) saying “Somebody else is here to buy this” when that clearly wasnt the case. I received no “Delivery” or send off with my vehicle on some basic things to know about the Charger. I had to YouTube about my new car. And to top everything off: I had an WE OWE on my purchase for Ionizing my car. I was told that they will contact me with scheduling it. No one ever sent my WE OWE to parts/service. So 2 weeks later I had to come up to Service personally and schedule my own WE OWE for next week. just a bad experience. Had this not been a competitive price for the car I would’ve gone somewhere else. More

We ended up being very early before our appointment time. We were greeted at the door and that person immediately looked for our salesperson. Our salesman Rich Phful missed his dinner because we were so early. And he didn’t sell hangry at all... This car was our 19 year old daughters first car purchase and he walked her thru everything. He was great to work with! I will recommend him to all my friends and family! Our finance guy Bobby was great, easy going, no pressure and very patient with all my back and fourth! More
