Horrible and Rude Service Staff Horrible and rude service staff. I would stay away from them. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. Needed a part replaced Horrible and rude service staff. I would stay away from them. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. Needed a part replaced and they called me to say part was there and make an appointment to fix it. So I show up and they have no idea what I am talking about and seem upset that I showed up. When I asked why they had called me in if it couldn't be done, the response was "that was the call center, not us". Sounds like a poorly managed operation. I would go to another dealer that knows the value of customer service. I was going to buy another Nissan soon but definitely not at Boch! More
