Dishonest. The first time I found myself in the service department there was an unhappy customer next to me arguing with the staff. That would be me an hour or so later when they were charging me $300 for department there was an unhappy customer next to me arguing with the staff. That would be me an hour or so later when they were charging me $300 for service that once I started asking questions ended up being covered under my warranty. And a supervisor is always at lunch or on vacation when I ask. I am never dealing with Nissan again. I’m still waiting on a return email and/or a phone call from either Steven Sheldon or Mark Mullane. It’s been 4 days. Dishonest. More
