The service manager Rich could not have been any more helpful than he was! My issues were dealt with properly and professionally. I had been working with Nissan Corp for a long time to see if there was a helpful than he was! My issues were dealt with properly and professionally. I had been working with Nissan Corp for a long time to see if there was a recall for my rear control bars. Because it was in the paper that there should’ve been a recall for this bad issue. Well my car finally broke and sat in front of my house for a long time as I waited for a recall letter, which never came. So I had to get it fixed at Boch Nissan. They did a nice job & I paid close to three grand and life went on. Then someone was nice enough to call me to say that they had been a recall and Rich was very helpful in getting me in & dealing with my issue and now all the paperwork has been filed with Nissan & I’m going to be reimbursed! Thanks Rich! More
