Sales guy was great, too much hard sell from financing team Almost everything was great. The saleman in particular was very good. I felt too much post sale pressure to buy add on's when I was clear I was picki Almost everything was great. The saleman in particular was very good. I felt too much post sale pressure to buy add on's when I was clear I was picking up the car and needed to get out fast for another appointment. What should have taken 15 minutes took 90 minutes which I was not happy about. There was a tire sensor error that went off as I was leaving the lot and I no longer had time to have that checked with the wasted time of trying to up-sell me on undercoating and extended warranties. For a new car, whoever detailed it didn't put enough effort into it either. Another thing I didn't have time to wait for afterwards. Still a good experience and I would recommend and come back again. More

Rich is good to work with. My only this issue I should have asked about a second key. Other than that it was a good experience. This is our fourth car from them.
