I was born and raised here in Grand Rapids Michigan, I went to high school in Jenison and I currently live in Jenison with my wife and 3 boys. I was a machinist right out of high school and due to down sizing and the economy I was forced to find a new profession. 15 years later, here I am! I have actually been at this location and company for almost 12 years now. I love the outdoors, sports, formula one racing and being with my family. I am very dedicated to my career and my clients. Good pricing, a little heavy on the sales pressure I was able to know a price before I got to the dealer. I was able to freely test drive the vehicle, which was EXACTLY what I wanted. But, during the f I was able to know a price before I got to the dealer. I was able to freely test drive the vehicle, which was EXACTLY what I wanted. But, during the final documents signing, there was too much pressure on buying the Zurich care package. Also, there was loud background music playing, which increased my anxiety during the process. But, everything else including vehicle walk through was nicely done. I am satisfied. More

Great Dealership.Rich Snay took care of me. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable with Jeep line and his communication was stellar. The product was advertised 4,000 less miles than the day I test drove and picked it up and wish I knew that prior to signing as doing research that variance would shave a sliver off the price. Oil needed to be changed 1,200 miles after pick up and there was no owner's manual included (used vehicle). I wish the dealership sent me off with a fresh oil change and more gas in the tank (it was only 1/4 full ) but not sure if that was overlooked by someone else responsible--it's the little details that help securing my gut feeling I'm valued after making such a large purchase but overall would recommend to anyone looking for a Jeep in that area. More
