Great experience, no hard sell! To be frank, I love cars but I don't like car shopping because of the hard sell tactics and pushiness you find very often when you walk in to a dealer To be frank, I love cars but I don't like car shopping because of the hard sell tactics and pushiness you find very often when you walk in to a dealership. I had made an appointment to test drive a car that was listed on the dealer's CPO inventory and was greeted with a smile and a rush to please by the staff. Olga was the sales person who took me on my test drive and answered all my initial questions. Afterwards I spoke with he manager Aldo who is now going out of his way to find me the car that Lexus that would be a better fit because the I was looking for a CPO car with more options than the one they currently had in stock. More
