Warren and the team at Manhattan Lexus made the purchase of my car the easiest transaction I have ever experienced. After being contacted by email with a truly great price, the purchased was processed and insured in 90 minutes. The actual car pick up could not have gone smoother, Warren took his time explaining all of the features of the car and answered all of my questions. The completion of the paperwork took about 10 minutes and would have gone quicker if we weren’t having such a great conversation. There was absolutely no pressure at all. I highly recommend Warren and Lexus of Manhattan. You get the best prices and highest level of customer service. More

I usually don’t write 5 Star review because I always believe they’re fake. But honestly this dealership really deserved the 5 stars. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car or sweet talked into anything. believe they’re fake. But honestly this dealership really deserved the 5 stars. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car or sweet talked into anything. The staff was really nice Very helpful. Raymond went above and beyond getting all the info on almost every RX 350 on the rooftop we pointed at. And he found us a great car with great pricing. And Warren was great on stay on top of getting the numbers for the cost and fulfilling all of our last minute request we had. I’d recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
