He answered all my questions and did not push me to come in that day. Once at the dealership we worked with two different sales reps, Richard and Saaid. If you want to test drive a VW and want to know everything about the vehicle, Saaid is your guy. His passion for VW doesn't just show via his tattoo, but also his in-depth knowledge of the vehicles , from the engines all the way down to the flood lights. Again not one person was pushy, or used the "what would it take to get a deal done today stuff". Seriously if you are interested in a VW, spend time with Saaid his knowledge of VW is awesome. When it came time to price, Chuck is a straight shooter. He doesn't load you down with lines and show you all his data to make you feel like the dealership is losing. That can't be said for the other VW dealerships in the area that I visited. That kind of straight forward yes we can or no we can't will ensure I refer other buyers here. You won't feel like they are pulling out all the tricks when you talk with Chuck. They had ample amount of inventory. The dealership is very clean! So much so that we had to change our babies diaper in the men's room and it wasn't gross, they had a changing table and it was very clean. That's attention to details that you wouldn't think about when buying a car. More
