When I first arrived at the lot, a young man approached me and asked if I needed help. He was knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. We did a test drive of two used autos. I was not sure of what I wanted. Then the young man followed up with a call during the week to ask how I was. I came back to the lot on the weekend and purchased one of the autos I drove. All those that I encountered were professional and not "pushy" as I had felt in the past with car sales people. I would recommend South Bay Hyundai! More

Well, I am happy that I was able to keep my car but the dealership tried to way over charge me for Gap insurance and an extended warranty. It wasn't until I got a much lower quote for these things from my dealership tried to way over charge me for Gap insurance and an extended warranty. It wasn't until I got a much lower quote for these things from my credit union that the dealership lowered the costs. It also tried to way over charge me for interest when I have excellent credit. More
