I do not feel it is appropriate to call him my salesman-he has become a friend. He has helped me so much over the last 3+ years with my vehicles. It is not unusual for me to give him a request for tech support and he always gets me straightened out. The service department is always amazing, they do not keep you waiting and my car is always returned to me much cleaner than when I left it with them! I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills and Richard Bell-they do an amazing job and make you look forward to your next BMW! More

He is a good listener and didn't try to pressure us into buying something we didn't want. He worked quickly to find a BMW with the specifications I requested and had the car on the lot within a week. The purchase process was very smooth.
