Usually these are pretty antiseptic transactions but this time Richard Bell made it very personal. He was very helpful in organisising the pick up and initial orientation. He is very knowledgable about the both vehicle in general as well as the electronic convenience items in the car. He paired my phone, moved the phonebook and programmed the FOB all in the initial talk through of the car. I have stopped by twice since - for winter floor mats as well as routine service - and both times he went out of his way to make it easy for me. Great guy! More
