I contacted Richard Bell at Rochester Hills BMW when I started shopping for a new vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and had a great selection of cars to test drive. Once I decided that this was the car for me, he quickly facilitated the order process and let me know of ways I could qualify for additional rebates (drive for America). Richard kept me up-to-date on where my vehicle was and when it would be in. My car came exactly as ordered and was detailed very nicely. He gave me a tutorial of how things work but said the best way to learn it was to just start playing with it. He also said that if I had any questions about the systems that he would be more than happy to walk me through anything. Richard followed up with me after the purchase to make sure that I was pleased. Not only would I recommend anyone to Rochester Hills BMW, but I would insist that they speak with Richard. More
