Richard brings to BMW of Rochester Hills over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, with time spent in sales and management positions for Bentley, Lamborghini, Lincoln and Rolls-Royce. Unfortunately, the Volvo XC60 R Line V6 just meet more of our of requirements & expectations at the $50,000 price point. I was impressed how professional and sensitive Richard and the staff were to our needs considering our rushed schedule and our 6 month old son. I felt the service and extra options pitch during final delivery was very informative and firm with recommendations, but not pushy, which was a nice change compared to our other car shopping experiences elsewhere . I even got a follow up inquiring if I had questions or needed help with any features of the vehicle. You've won us over as very satisfied customers that would gladly recommend you and revisit for our future needs. More
