Richard brings to BMW of Rochester Hills over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, with time spent in sales and management positions for Bentley, Lamborghini, Lincoln and Rolls-Royce. Richard is very passionate about vehicle performance and is a big part of the M culture here at BMW of Rochester Hills. Richard and his family reside in Sterling Heights with 2 daughters who attend college at Michigan State University. In his down time, Richard can be found shooting Sporting Clays or working on his pinball game collection. Everyone is attentive and truly wants to take care of you. My (3 month old) 2014 750LI was totaled due to major flood damage during the heaviest storm seen in our area in almost 100 years. Everyone did what they could to help and I ended up with a 2015 at a similar price to my 2014. They truly do support their customer base. Richard Bell was exceptional in working with me - and his follow-up after the sale was extraordinary. Most often sales persons forget you after the sale has been made. Richard actually gave me his cell number to call him any time, any day. I know he was serious because I did call him after hours with a couple of minor questions and he gladly answered them for me. He has constantly been there for my any needs or questions. Mike Tatti has been my normal service advisor for 8 years and all I can say is WOW, he really knows how to take care of his customers. Ditto for everyone I've ever dealt with. More

My previous BMW salesperson had left the dealership and I spoke with a new salesperson, Richard Bell. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very helpful to my wife and myself. He initiated a pull-ahead plan that meet my needs. I am now a satisfied owner of a BMW 528 IX sedan. More

To begin, when the car model I initially was looking for was above budget, Rich Be Rich & Matt made this one of the best car buying experiences ever. To begin, when the car model I initially was looking for was above budget, Rich Bell found a likely replacement. When I mentioned a concern over the size, he went me a picture of his 6' 4" self laying down inside the hatch area of the car. Very unique very entertaining AND very demonstrative. Since, I won't buy a car w/o an overnight extended trial, he made it happen despite my distance from the dealership. I love the car except for a comfort issue that almost had me going to another brand. Rich scoured for inventory and found me my original request w/ almost all the features I wanted at budget. He never gave up. Upon delivery he was a gracious & entertaining host to my wife and son, staying late to accommodate our busy schedule. As for service, I unfortunately I picked up a screw in my tire the first week I had it. I need a car to go to a fairly distant customer meeting. Despite the fact the the tire insurance paperwork had not yet been processed by BMW corporate, they provided me a lower for my appointment & even a few days while they expedited the paperwork. My thanks to everyone at BMW of Rochester Hills. More

He is knowledgeable about performance line of BMW vehicles, and recommended for BMW M purchases. He was very proactive during ordering and production phases with constant electronic updates. He was always available and willing to spend time in person during the process--deserves more than 5 stars! More

Hassle Free Purchase Without a doubt, it was the most hassle free vehicle purchase I have ever experienced.
