Richard was kind and helpful in the product overview, I really do appreciate his efforts in going over the features my specific car has got. He invited me to ask questions and return at a later date when m really do appreciate his efforts in going over the features my specific car has got. He invited me to ask questions and return at a later date when my vehicle temporary registration has expired. Being from PA, this is not the closest dealer to me but I am always willing to come out here because of the excellent customer service that is hard to find. I will be back for lesson two soon. Modern cars are so filled with technology, it will take most people time to adjust. That is why I appreciate mercedes having a product specialist on hand for orientation or to answer my questions. More

Richard was a terriffic help with blutooth media coming from the phone. Although I was disappointed to find out that Apple Carplay was from a small USB port in the car and not wireless like other brands li from the phone. Nothing short of excellence. From the moment I inquired about a car on the MB website, to Kailey's immediate response, and the professional service on behalf of Dale Cook when my daughter and I waked in th about a car on the MB website, to Kailey's immediate response, and the professional service on behalf of Dale Cook when my daughter and I waked in the door, is why I will return in the future. More importantly... it is why I will refer others. Dale, Monica and George were awesome while explaining the differences from each E-Class. I even loved that I could negotiate directly with Dale, and did not have to wait for a discussion with a finance individual. The icing on the cake was Richard Brittingham's tutorial.
