Your service department is the best I've encountered over the years. Specifically, my service advisor - Phil Crabtree is by far the "best of the best". I have learned to trust him completlly over the years and he is the main reason I keep coming back to Findlay for mr my service and any repairs. Your technicians are also "top notch". More

Vince Argentine is awesome! I recently had a problem with my Prius 12-volt starting battery not starting the car. I call my Toyota Road service then Vince. At the time I thought I recently had a problem with my Prius 12-volt starting battery not starting the car. I call my Toyota Road service then Vince. At the time I thought they might tow the car to the dealership, so he told me he would give the team a heads up to keep a lookout. As it was, the road service tech was able to jump the battery, so I drove my car in. (Happily, my battery was still under warranty, so I only had to pay 50%) I had a Volunteer Recognition event that I wanted to attend that morning. I told him I would just have to miss it under the circumstances. Vince said he would set up an Uber so that I could go and he would let me know when my car was ready for pick-up. When I was ready to come back to Findley, I could call and he would have Uber pick me up. I made it to the event on time and was very happy! Vince has been my service agent in the past and I would be lost without him. He is honest, professional, finds the best prices and always upbeat; a joy to work with! Because of him, I can still afford to have my vehicle properly serviced at the dealership (I am semi-retired, now). Thank you!! More
