Richard was great, he went above and beyond in helping me with getting the Toyota app working for me. I bought the car new, but the dealer's sales rep (in SoCal) could not get the app working, so I eventual with getting the Toyota app working for me. We spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Toyota, and we eventually found out that the owner's name had to be reset on Toyota's end. This was completed the same day, and the app is working now. Good work done here, but price is getting out of control. I never have any problems with the staff, they do a great job.
