Seemed to be disorganized at several levels. For example, when we first went to look at the car, it wouldn't start and we had to come back the next day to perform a test drive. We were ignored for a long time after we had reached agreement on purchase price. Buying a car should not take 3 hours after you agree on price. We had to ask the finance person to put on his mask (covid facial covering) before we would go into his office to sign the paperwork. Not a good impression on us. More

I told him exactly what I wanted based on my research and he didn't try to sell me anything else. On our test drive, Richard explained all the vehicle's accessories and had me ready to sign fairly quickly.
