The level of service at Fred Anderson Toyota went above and beyond our expectations. After locating a vehicle, they secured it for us and were prompt in letting us know when it arrived. We negotiated via email and phone. All was concluded before we physically arrived at their location. It was clear that Dan was new to his trade but his abundant respect for us made our time with him pleasant. I will recommend Fred Anderson to my friends, who ask, with the above reservations on their overall preparedness. We will follow through with specified oil changes, but the hour trip from our house will become problematic for the future due to our age and medical conditions. More

I came in to pick up my second key, since it had to be ordered. Also to get a mechanical issue addressed.
