Disappointed Dropped my car off then was called to pick it up. Only to find out no oil change or tire rotation had been done had to wait an hour for them to finish Dropped my car off then was called to pick it up. I’ve never had a problem before when I’ve taken my car to Toyota. The man that helped me took care of things very fast after he found out what had happened. I just hope in future oil changes that they pay better attention to what car has been worked on. More
