Short, sweet, and to the point I was so happy that I decided to go with Winner Ford to purchase my first financed vehicle. My fiancé and I were greeted before we even made it to the front door by Richard DiLauro and he guided us through the process seemlessly. Richard assisted us in choosing the vehicle that best fit our needs, explained the process each step of the way, and attempted to make the process time sensitive! My birthday was a success because of Rich!!! I came to Winner Ford in need of a new vehicle, and Rich was extremely helpful. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lo I came to Winner Ford in need of a new vehicle, and Rich was extremely helpful. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, he did all that he could to ensure I got exactly what I wanted at the very best price. I went to a few dealerships, but I knew as soon as I left Winner Ford the first time, that I was literally going to write a check the next day and hand it to Rich. Quite possibly the best salesman I've ever encountered. He wasn't pushy, he listened to my needs and it was obvious he was working WITH me, and not just trying to sell a car. Honestly, even if they didn't have the Ford I wanted, I was going to buy my next vehicle from Rich. Winner Ford is extremely lucky to have such a great member apart of their team. Personality goes a long way, and the end result included a signed check and an extremely happy buyer. I recommend everyone to go to Winner Ford and see the goodies on their lot.
