The patience and knowledge of what I was looking for by the salesperson that assisted me made me feel very comfortable. Rick DiLaura was wonderful. Not only did he lead me to the car I was looking for, he made sure that I was able to maneuver the "upgrades" this car has, as I was previously driving a 2003 vehicle. Rick made sure I was completely happy with the choice of car, which I have never experienced at a dealership before. I was very happy driving out of the dealership with my Ford Focus.
