We have never experienced such horrible customer service with leasing a vehicle before. My husband turned his 2016 Dodge Ram in and re-leased a new 2019 one. Weeks after, we received a bill from the leasing with leasing a vehicle before. My husband turned his 2016 Dodge Ram in and re-leased a new 2019 one. Weeks after, we received a bill from the leasing company saying we owed a large amount of money on it. Many things sited, were damages that were not on our vehicle at trade in, nor were we able to dispute that as Imperial took the vehicle so it was no longer in our possession! We had written many emails asking for an explanation as to why this would occur and why we would pay for this when they accepted our vehicle back and got no where. Had we known how they do business we’d never have gone through them. We have leased many vehicles and NEVER have had a bill AFTER turn in. We ultimately paid it but will never lease/buy from any Imperial Dealership again- sadly, because we prefer to give local companies our business. More

Made our offer and some negotiating - but over all - we were happy with his help. The dealership has a lot of vehicles - people you work with all seem to be very friendly and helpful. Russell was helpful and informative without pressuring me into making a sale during my visit to the dealership. It was a cold day with a snowstorm heading to the area but Russell let me take as much time as I needed to make sure I was comfortable with the features of the car I was interested in purchasing. It was a long process but Russell made the experience very pleasant with a hot coffee and later a complimentary lunch while my car was being detailed so I could take possession within an hour of completing the purchase agreement. I would recommend Russell to family and friends. This is my third vehicle purchase at this dealership and I expect to continue to be a future customer for maintenance and eventually another vehicle More
