BUT ED kept me in the loop, offered a rental in the interm, oh and then even more above and beyond delivered the truck to my driveway at 8pm! who does that! great experience. great price. tons of inventory. go see Edward V and tell him Keith sent you! absolutely impressed. thank you again. We were told if we wanted a good deal we had to go wi I purchased a used 2016 Cherokee from Imperial working with Tim was great, he was very friendly. We were told if we wanted a good deal we had to go with there finance company and not our own. We ended up getting a 6.5% APR on a credit score of 725! Then it took a whole week for the car to be delivered... poor communication to say the least. We had called the dealer multiple times to check on the status of the Jeep and were told that we had to talk with Tim...Well Tim was not working! We tried to talk to the sales manager thinking perhaps he could assist us but nope we had to talk to Tim...This was very frustrating. we ended up refinancing our loan to our own bank at 3.14% financing. We are very happy with our Jeep but will not be a returning customer at Imperial. More
