The prices here where about 2 to 3 thousands less then in Connecticut so I headed up to this dealership. I was very impressed with the size and variety of cars they had on there lot. I was met by Frank Dumas we searched the lot and he found a jeep that was a little out of my price range.. He and his staff worked very hard on getting the payments to fit my budget. Frank and his staff where outstanding on making me feel comfortable on my purchase. Frank did a superb job calling me frequently to give me updates on registration and detailing of the jeep for pick up. My dealing with Frank was refreshing having a sales person actually call you with every status on your purchase. (keeping you in the loop). Received jeep as promised with a full tank of gas. I test drove 2 Ram pick up trucks, a 6 and 8 cyl to see which one was better for my needs. I was really comfortable with David. I did not buy at that time and I ended up visiting some other dealerships for pricing and trade appraisals. When I returned at a later time, I would meet JP a sales manager to work out the specifics and ended up with Mike in finance. All the way through the process it was a great experience. Aaron, another sales manager answered one of the post sale questions I had. I have had a lot of experience buying cars over the years and this was one of the best overall experiences I had when buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership based upon my personal experience with them. More

Happy Customer! I had a unique situation and my lease was coming up in a few days. I had been trying to work with the same dealership I had in the past and I was hit I had a unique situation and my lease was coming up in a few days. I had been trying to work with the same dealership I had in the past and I was hitting so many brick walls. I was getting more and more frustrated and nervous because I knew my time was running out! I was advised to go work with Imperial. Because I had such a unique situation. I asked to speak to the manager as soon as I was approached. Typically this is when a sales person would continue to press and just make me more upset. Jim Burke was fantastic though. He did ask a few short questions and said he would get the manager for me right away. Aaron Jacobs came right over and was so wonderful! He greeted me and I explained everything. He broke down exactly what they could and would do for me in a way that made me feel at ease. He allowed me to ask any questions and concerns I had and he never got offended by them. He handed me back over to Jim. Jim found the perfect car for my circumstance by listening to my needs and wants. He prepared me for Jim Walsh, Jr. who worked the financing and even gave me a few tips for the future! After feeling "beat up" from working with my other dealership, I was so pleased to have such a positive and wonderful group of gentlemen work so well for me. Thank you for everything again! More

There's a reason I'm a repeat customer Always have a great experience when dealing with Imperial. I've bought several cars there over the years and there's a reason I keep coming back. My rep, Frank Dumas, has always gone out of his way to be helpful. Now you may say "he should Mark, that's how he earns his commission!" But it's more than that! It's the little things he does that shows he cares and when you get to be my age (52) you've learned it's the little things that are important. They show character. Integrity. Money can buy people's time meaning you HAVE to show up to work........but it can't buy a person's integrity or character. Which leads me to Karyn Ingram. The Business Manager who has always helped Jeanne (my wife) and me by explaining, given our lifestyle, what she thinks we should or shouldn't have for coverage. Once again you may say "Well that's what she gets paid for Mark" and my response to that would be NO......it's not......because there's actually some stuff she told us we DON'T need. Perfect example,.........remember the movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where the Santa who worked for Macy's recommended people go to Gimball's if they didn't have something in stock? Karyn is an HONEST individual who will put YOUR best interests ahead of anyone others. Including hers! Last but not least I can't say enough about Aaron Jacobs our Sales Manager. He's one of the first employees I met there years ago and he has ALWAYS structured deals to maximize my best financial interests. Once again you may say "he's playing around with numbers Mark and you just don't follow it." WRONG! I'm a CPA so trust me........I know numbers! My recent purchase was a little complicated as I traded in 2 older cars and a motorcycle for a 2013 Town & Country for my wife. Needless to say the paperwork was a little complicated too. But Aaron ran the numbers a few different ways. Some were good (for me), some weren't so good but one was excellent. It really worked in my favor. Consequently I didn't think they'd go for it but they did. Unlike other auto dealers who put their interests first, Aaron will run the numbers until he comes up with a way to maximize your best interest. Thank you Aaron! I have recommended Imperial to many people and will continue to do so. When my son was ready to buy his first car he visited several dealerships to check them all out (not believing his Dad of course.) After doing weeks of research visiting those different dealers where did he wind up buying his car............at Imperial...........just like his dad recommended in the first place.
