The best sales experience with a Chrysler I have bought 2 other Chryslers from another dealership and the sales team and finance manager here at Imperial FAR exceed any other dealership I have I have bought 2 other Chryslers from another dealership and the sales team and finance manager here at Imperial FAR exceed any other dealership I have been to. They worked past closing time to get the best deal, in light of being upside down on my trade-in. Negotiations were so smooth and there was no senseless first offer by the dealer! They had no intention of wasting my time and got us in at the price point we needed with little down! More

Deceptive advertising - bait and switch tactics on price Deceptive advertising, even more deceptive "internet sales" reps. Looked online at their new vehicles, prices looked good with several rebates, etc. Called the dealer and got the internet sales rep and asked him about the "dealer cost" price listed on each vehicle, which he assured me was the selling price of the vehicle. Even filled out the "get a quote" section of the listing and sent it, and the response was an email that was not a quote at all, but rather told me the vehicle was "on sale" and if I want to stop in and drive it, just go see the sales manager. Drove an hour to get to the dealer, test drove vehicle, and was ready to drop a $20k down payment. The salesman made the standard visit to the manager, after which he came back with a new price on the vehicle, which was around $5000 MORE than the "dealer cost" displayed on their website. Then it was explained that I didn't qualify for the all of the rebates; (I had assumed that all rebates were pre-qualified since they were already deducted from the price of the vehicle, I guess that's my fault for making assumptions based on the advertised price shown in large numbers next to the vehicle listing). And the real kicker was a line item of $1500, added onto the "new" price of the vehicle, listed as "dealer profit" (also absent from the vehicle listing on the website). After confronting the manager about the this sham, he then recalculated the price of the vehicle based on getting all of the rebates, and gave me a new number that was STILL $3000 higher than the advertised price (and did not include the dealer conveyance of nearly $400, and taxes, and registration, etc.) Had they been upfront and explained the actual price of the vehicle, I might have been okay with it, but this was a classic case of the "bait and switch" tactic. Needless to say, I burned most of a day and $40 worth of gas for this shell game. I suggest that anyone who wants to deal with them to scrutinize the online prices carefully, and bypass the "internet sales" team, and then make the dealer pin down the actual price based on their list of rebates (and don't forget to add on the $1500 dealer profit) before you step foot in the door. (By the way... their showroom is absolutely amazing in size, memorabilia, and other items of interest; it must of cost a fortune to build.) More

Our latest purchase of a 2016 Ram 1500 was a deal put together with the assistance of Ed Kelly, Michael Walsh Jr., and Aron Jacobs gave us a good buy if there was any problem it was with the preparation of the truck for delivery I was very disappointed with the work done for the money people pay for a vehicle they should expect that vehicle to be perfect in all aspects. More

I finally bought a new Jeep Ed, Dave, Aaron and Mike... Thank you for being patient and putting up with me and my indecisiveness. Buying a brand new Jeep was a huge decision and you guys really helped me with the buying process. Thanks for finding the perfect Jeep. I know it wasn't easy (in fact, I thought it was impossible) but you really delivered. I got an awesome Jeep at an unbeatable price and was able to keep my monthly payments at a number within my comfort zone. I can't express my gratitude enough-- I walked into Imperial as a single mother car shopping alone--- and as soon as I met you guys that changed. I am grateful and lucky to have been able to purchase a vehicle from a trustworthy team. (BTW, I did my research on numbers and went to other dealerships---and I know I got an amazing deal on this Jeep). After this experience, and as long as you guys remain at Imperial, you will always have my business and I will send my friends and family your way when they are looking for a vehicle. Thanks so much! Went in to look at a car. I ended up buying it. I went in to test drive a car today. I was met by Frank Dumas. He was very kind no pressure with him. He laid everything out for me. Demos are NOT new. I called Imperial Jeep and was quoted a price. The next morning I called to schedule an appointment and to verify that the vehicle was still available I called Imperial Jeep and was quoted a price. When I arrived they told me it had been sold the night before. I began to try to negotiate another deal. They tell you that the vehicles are new when in fact they are Demos with thousands of miles on them. Shady Business. More

Best Purchasing Experience Ever I recently purchased a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Imperial and although I rarely review any establishment, I had such a great experience during the p I recently purchased a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Imperial and although I rarely review any establishment, I had such a great experience during the purchasing process I felt obligated to share it here. This is my 4th vehicle purchase and by far the best overall experience. I did my due diligence in searching out pricing between some local Jeep dealers and found “the one” I wanted here and for the lowest price. Because I reached out via email prior to coming to the lot, I had a salesman, Ed Kelly, expecting my arrival on a snowy Sunday. Which, by the way, upon entering the show room I had the door opened for me and was pleasantly greeted by other salesman and escorted to Ed’s desk. Ed sat down with me, reviewed what I was looking for and gave me very straightforward remarks on different models. I was instantly comfortable and relieved that he was my salesman as the typical car salesman stereotype was erased within the first few minutes of our conversation. He had a couple vehicles ready for me to test drive and quickly had my trade in appraised. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of, being a female that has happened in the past at dealerships. As far as salesman, Ed has my loyalty for as long as he works there. The financing process was not at all what I have been accustomed to either. I’ve spent over three hours in financing in the past and the total paperwork/finance process here was about an hour. Again, all the add-ons/options were explained to me but not pushed on me and Rami Awad was very entertaining during a dull process! I was also approached by one of the managers to check in and see how the sales team was doing and to ensure I was happy with my experience. I drove off that day, only a few hours later, in my new car and could not be happier. I urge anyone who is looking for a car to visit Ed and the team at Imperial Cars! More
