visit of august 15th, 2016 my ford fusion energi was purchased last fall,and came without a spare. the alesman promised to order a spare for me but never did so. i got a low p my ford fusion energi was purchased last fall,and came without a spare. the alesman promised to order a spare for me but never did so. i got a low pressure warning at brainard airport when i started the vehicle about 4pm i drove it to your dealership (@4miles or so). the car has a mere 5,000 miles the rim never got damaged, but your guy said the tire was not repairable. HAD TO BUY A NEW TIRE! no credit for the miles left on the tire! no ford guarantee covers tires apparently. I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR WITHOUUT TIRES AND BOUGHT THE TIRES AT SEARS< OR ANY TIRE RETAILER< all tire retailers offer a tire warranty! apparently FORD and HOFFMAN do not! NO WARRANTY EVEN ON THE TIRE YOU JUST INSTALLED! THIS IS PREPOSPEROUS1 I SUBMIT THAT YOU NEED TO THINK ON THIS MATTER AND CONSIDER REVISING YOUR POLICY ON TIRES, and on any other vehicle components that leaves your current policy of industry stansards This was not intended as an employee critique, but a criticism of corporate policy More

Beyond disgusted I am so beside myself with this dump of a dealership. This time I had my car "fixed" and the last time I had my car "fixed" by these cracker jack box I am so beside myself with this dump of a dealership. This time I had my car "fixed" and the last time I had my car "fixed" by these cracker jack box people was a disaster. BOTH times they called and said the car was ready and BOTH times I went to get it I pulled out of the driveway, drove around the block and right back in to the service bay, BOTH times the car was in worse shape then when I brought it in. First time the didnt even tighten the bolts on the job they did nor did they fix the check engine light because they didnt hook the wire harness back up for it. Second time they put the brakes back together and they had something wedged in between the backing plate and brake. Ummm last time I checked if you are going to fix something you better know how to put it back together. It is quite obvious there that they do not care at all about the cars they service or the customers that buy and service the car there. The service writer on both occasuons could care less i was right back in the shop. And forget having the manager even respond to you. I wont even get into the fact that i bought the car there and 2 weeks after i bought it it had to be fixed and was there for 45 days! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE AND CERTAINLY DO NOT GET IT SERVICED HERE!!!!!!! More

Detailing??? Overall experience from "buying" a used car at Hoffman Ford was excellent. Seeing it take 3 trips to their Detailing Shop to get it "Customer Happy" w Overall experience from "buying" a used car at Hoffman Ford was excellent. Seeing it take 3 trips to their Detailing Shop to get it "Customer Happy" was somewhat disappointing. But on the 3rd attempt , my salesman drove us straight to the Detailing Shop, pointed out the flaws, and watched them DO what should have been done the first time!! Thank you Richie! :) More
