I ordered the car 12 months ago but had to wait because of supply from Japan and demand in the U.S. Rudi Gomez and later Richard Giron kept me up to date throughout. Once the car was here, Richard explained the features in detail and, equally important, helped me fine an appropriate converter/adapter for a 240v outlet.
