This is my 3rd car with Audi and we have 2 other Audis in the family. I traded in my Audi and Audi was to supposed to take care of the outstanding balance on the trade. Well Audi did not, calls to the genera the family. I traded in my Audi and Audi was to supposed to take care of the outstanding balance on the trade. Well Audi did not, calls to the general manager were never returned. And now the out standing balance is now in collection. This is a poor way to treat a customer. Will not deal with Audi West Palm Beach again and advising others to stay away. More

When we got to the dealership they had my wife’s car in a delivery room with a beautiful red bow on it. This was a very professional touch and it made my wife’s day. The sales manager Phil Roe was very personable and made us feel right at home. There was some confusion with some numbers in the deal and he took care of it immediately.
