We bought a 2007 Honda Accord "As Is" with 117,000 miles on Tuesday from a fine Salesman, Bob Corley. However, within less than a week we had Steering problems & Catalytic Converter go bad and thenleft ba on Tuesday from a fine Salesman, Bob Corley. However, within less than a week we had Steering problems & Catalytic Converter go bad and thenleft ball joint fell apart. While they had no responsibility to do anything! They fixed the ball joints and steering and only charged me for the Converter. Amazing a dealer than went above and beyond to do the "right thing"!!! Honda believes they have finally fixed the problems, we are hoping. I have to say that we have seen continued improvements in the service department over the last year. In my opinion they have gone from Fair to very close to Excellent. The biggest improvement they could make at this time would be better customer communications on status and expectations. Everyone we have worked with is very friendly and working hard to get our issues resolved, didn't seem to be as much the case 9+ months ago. More
