When my car was dropped off by tow truck, they couldn’t find my car the next day. Engine problems on my 2017 ATS are same problems my 2016 ATS had.. seems like every car at Cadillac has engine issues. I ha find my car the next day. I have a crash on my drivers side back door for a year now, when I got my car back almost a month after being dropped off, the door has an extreme opening up top that allows water to come inside now… my back seat had mold on it upon retrieval. When picking up they once again couldn’t find my car for another 35 minutes, making me late to work so I told them not to wash it when I heard through the walk-in talkie that they were gonna wash it.. thank god I heard because I was able to see the damage without it being wiped off. This xxxx is ridiculous. More
