Corteous , organized and knowledgeable representative. He did his best to resolve th issue. Although I am not satisfied with my Cadillac. Three times the cue has been frozen in less than 24k miles. Only thing I found weird was that they said a tire had a nail it. I pretty sure it didn’t when I brought it in regardless I had no choice but to order new tire as the nail was in an area of the tire they co nail it.
