My car wouldn't start to get me to work and my wife called him to ask if the service department could take a look at the car. I'd had the battery tested and it still wouldn't start. Richard said to have the car brought to Hiley and he'd have the techs look at it. Richard called me and let me know the techs did look at it and found a loose battery cable. He'd had the techs fix it and that was it. My wife and daughter both drive VW cars and trust Richard completely with this dealership performing service on their cars. Richard even called me this morning to follow up that my car is still starting. This is the best experience I have ever had with service for one of my vehicles. I can't thank Richard enough for his efforts. More

Fast and Friendly Emergency Service We were experiencing some car trouble on our trip from Austin to Illinois. Hiley Volkswagen was the nearest dealership available when my Check Engine We were experiencing some car trouble on our trip from Austin to Illinois. Hiley Volkswagen was the nearest dealership available when my Check Engine light came on so we called and asked if they could squeeze us in. We were given an appointment a half hour away, but they took our car back within 5 minutes of us arriving for diagnostics. The service representative explained upfront how all the pricing would work and set us up in a waiting room with free bottled water and donuts. The waiting room was very clean and all the staff was very friendly while we walked our dog around the facility. They even let us bring our dog into the waiting room! The tech found the problem within such a small amount of time and it was such an easy fix that they didn't even charge us. I understand this can't happen for everything and that these companies run on profits, but I greatly appreciate the effort toward fair pricing. The service was so good that I would have happily paid the full diagnostic fee and labor. I can't recommend these people enough. If we lived in DFW area I would definitely be coming back again and again when I needed service or a new vehicle. More

2nd car in 6 months I can't recommend Jorge enough. He has been my salesman for my last 2 VW purchases. He is very knowledgeable in all things VW and extremely honest. Great salesman Ken is an awesome salesman. He took his time with us when we went through the car, even though he was very busy. We had to wait a very long time for Ken is an awesome salesman. Hiley VW you have an excellent employee in richard because he strives to overachieve an not just settle for being average or ordinary. More
