So without any appointment or advanced notice, a tech was called up and he came out and immediately fixed the problem with the vehicle still in the service lane. Both employees were courteous, friendly, and professional. Within 10 minutes the problem was fixed and we were on our way. I recommend this Service Department to anyone needing a repair because its customer service is 5 Star! Richard Nisbett has done an amazing job with this dealership and we look forward to our next purchase. More

The first new car I purchased was from Richard Nisbett 8 years ago. An Optima SX Turbo and it served my family well. Recently though, it was totaled in a serious accident, with my daughter at the wheel. Thankfully she walked away from the crash. I know it was due to the safety features and quality of the Kia line. I had such a great experience with my first purchase through Richard, I returned to Daytona Kia again.
