I would suggest that the sale should include a complete familiarization of the car so the customer/buyer would know how to access and use all the “bells and whistles” including ApplePlay, UVO and internet access to Kia.com. The first new car I purchased was from Richard Nisbett 8 years ag We are blessed to have the best Kia dealership in Florida right in our own backyard. The first new car I purchased was from Richard Nisbett 8 years ago. An Optima SX Turbo and it served my family well. Recently though, it was totaled in a serious accident, with my daughter at the wheel. Thankfully she walked away from the crash. I know it was due to the safety features and quality of the Kia line. I had such a great experience with my first purchase through Richard, I returned to Daytona Kia again. After several test drives with Brian Macdonald and help from Richard, I found a car that suited my families needs at this point in our lives.
