Rich did his Best to correct the problem But when they don't have A competent Tech to Diagnose A Recall Or A Service Manager to Oversee the final Repair Done properly Then It becomes A Headache & a Trust don't have A competent Tech to Diagnose A Recall Or A Service Manager to Oversee the final Repair Done properly Then It becomes A Headache & a Trust issue, therefore the Overfilled Oil, underfilled radiator & oil leaks do to Not properly Sealed by Tech Has been corrected by My mechanic WHO DIAGNOSED The Recall Issue. Satisfied Customer Upon arriving at Daytona Kia Service Department a representative immediately met us at our vehicle to address our issue; the repair was in regards to Upon arriving at Daytona Kia Service Department a representative immediately met us at our vehicle to address our issue; the repair was in regards to our windshield wiper blades not working correctly. So without any appointment or advanced notice, a tech was called up and he came out and immediately fixed the problem with the vehicle still in the service lane. Both employees were courteous, friendly, and professional. Within 10 minutes the problem was fixed and we were on our way. I recommend this Service Department to anyone needing a repair because its customer service is 5 Star! Richard Nisbett has done an amazing job with this dealership and we look forward to our next purchase. More
