First time I met Hector "Hugo" Vasquez was when I drove down from Austin to pick up my truck. Had a deal going up here in Austin but when that deal went South - well so did I - right down to Hugo at Northside Ford. Very happy with my experience with Richard Powell in finance (Thanks Richard) but will have to say Hugo went above and beyond to work out my deal - and I'm very happy with my purchase. More
